Yes, we do! Travel within 60 miles of the Wilmington, NC (and the surrounding area) is included at no extra cost.

For locations beyond 60 miles, we charge the IRS standard mileage rate of 70¢ per mile (round trip).

If your venue is more than 3 hours away, a one-night hotel stay will be added. For even farther destinations, a two-night stay may be needed. This depends on the event details and distance.

We will send you a digital gallery full of your high resolution jpeg images. You will be able to download any and all photos from your gallery.

Unless otherwise noted, every event or session includes 2 photographers to ensure we capture every angle and moment.

3 days after the signing of the contract, a 50% non-refundable fee will be required to retain your booking.

For weddings, we are happy to work with you to set up a payment plan that works best for you. Generally, we require full payment to be made 30 days prior to the event date.

For other sessions, we require a 50% non-refundable retainer fee, with the remaining half to be paid by the day of your session.

We will send you 5-10 sneak peak photos within 48 hours of the photo shoot.

For weddings, you will receive your photos at max of 6 weeks after the event.

For other sessions, you will receive your photos at the max of 3 weeks after the event, depending on the photoshoot.

For weddings/other sessions:
- If your wedding/other sessions must be rescheduled for any reason, you must notify us at least one week prior to the scheduled date of the event, but preferably as soon as possible. Changing your date is subject to fees and the availability of that date.
- If there is an emergency on one or both photographers' behalf, the photographers will make reasonable efforts to arrange a substitute photographer(s). Please contact us for more in-depth details regarding this matter.
