Do you travel?
Yes! We are based in Wilmington, NC, and serve the surrounding areas. Travel within a 60-mile radius is included in our collections.
For destinations beyond 60 miles, travel is billed at the applicable mileage rate of $0.70 per mile, calculated round trip.
For venues located more than three hours from Wilmington, an overnight hotel stay may be required. Depending on the distance and event schedule, accommodations for up to two nights may be necessary. These arrangements will be discussed in advance.
How will I receive my photos?
our images will be delivered through a private online gallery featuring high-resolution JPEG files. From your gallery, you can easily view, download, and share your photographs at your convenience.
How Many Photographers Are Included?
Unless otherwise specified, each event or session includes two photographers. This allows us to offer a more comprehensive perspective and capture the day from multiple angles.
How do payments work?
A 50% non-refundable retainer is due within three days of signing the contract to secure your booking.
Weddings: We are happy to arrange a payment plan that best suits your needs. The remaining balance must be paid in full no later than 30 days before your event date.
Other Sessions: A 50% non-refundable retainer is required to reserve your session, with the remaining balance due by the day of your session.
What is your turn around Time?
You'll receive 5–10 preview images within 48 hours of your event, offering an early look at your photographs.
Weddings: Your complete gallery will be delivered within six weeks of your wedding date.
Other Sessions: Your complete gallery will be delivered within three weeks of your session date, depending on the type of session.
What happens in the event of an emergency?
For weddings/other sessions:
- If your wedding/other sessions must be rescheduled for any reason, you must notify us at least one week prior to the scheduled date of the event, but preferably as soon as possible. Changing your date is subject to fees and the availability of that date.
- If there is an emergency on one or both photographers' behalf, the photographers will make reasonable efforts to arrange a substitute photographer(s). Please contact us for more in-depth details regarding this matter.
